The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Russia increased by 33,796 per day to 9,468,189, the federal operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus reports.
The country saw 1,238 new deaths to bring the total tally to 269,057.
A total of 8,164,826 have recovered.
