Russia to complete pre-clinical trials of COVID-19 vaccine by May 31

The vaccine developed against the new type of coronavirus by the Ministry of Health of Russia is in progress and scheduled to complete by May 31. Aleksandr Myasnikov, a spokesman for the Coronavirus Monitoring Information Center, said while talking to the local media.

"By May 31, specialists plan to complete the entire complex of pre-clinical studies and begin clinical trials on the first day of summer," he said.
