In the Romanian city of Timisoara, ten newborns confirmed to have the new coronavirus.
"Mothers of newborns infected with COVID-19 tested negative to coronavirus, so there is a strong suspicion that virus transmitted from medical personnel," said Nelu Tataru, The Health Minister of Romania.
Infants have no complications; they are self-isolated with their mothers.
