"Turkish military servicemen will depart for Azerbaijan shortly," Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar said.
As Anadolu reports, the armed forces have been trained already.
"Our aviation is ready to transfer the Turkish armed forces to Azerbaijan as soon as possible to enable them to start their mission," Hulusi Akar said.
