"Armenia continues targeting Goranboy, Tartar, Agdam, and Fizuli regions of Azerbaijan, where the civilian population lives," the Turkish Defense Ministry wrote on Twitter.
"Armenia, which is trying to move the war to civilian areas outside Karabakh, continues to commit war and humanitarian crimes!" the statement reads.
