A man under the age of 40 was arrested in Samegrelo on charges of sexually assaulting a minor. The victim is a 12-year-old boy. The child's father witnessed the fact and called the police.
The incident took place in one of the villages of Samegrelo 2 days ago, where a man under 40 was visiting Zugdidi.
The accused was arrested the same day. He is being held in pre-trial detention.
