The brother of the wife of the killed man was arrested for the murder of a 22-year-old in Kareli Municipality in the village of Dirbi.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a man, born in 1996, has been arrested. Crime weapon an ax was removed as a proof.
A 23-year-old man was killed on December 6.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the investigation was launched under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which involves premeditated murder.
The crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
