A bloody brawl has broken out between neighbors in the Dedoplistskaro municipality.
Report.ge has learned from the MIA that a man (DOB 1987) has repeatedly stabbed his neighbor (DOB 1967) in the Dedoplistskaro municipality after a verbal altercation. The offender was detained shortly after the perpetration of the crime. The victim, identified only as D.K., works at the Border Police of Georgia under the MIA, and he fulfilled his job-related duties when the incident took place. D.K. has already been hospitalized.
According to the MIA, law enforcement officers have seized the knife with which the crime was committed.
The investigation into the case is underway, with the offender facing the charge of attempted homicide. Perpetrators of similar crimes receive from 7 to 15-year prison sentences.
