Law enforcers arrested O.C., born in 1993, convicted of theft, robbery, and drug offenses in the past based on the judge's ruling in Ponichala settlement. He is accused of illicit purchase, possession, and sale of drugs.
Based on the judge's ruling, the law enforcers carried out control purchases of drugs from the accused and made audio-video recordings of the crime.
Police seized a large amount of heroin as evidence that O.C. sold illegally.
The investigation is in progress under Article 260, Part 3, subsection (a), and (d) of the Criminal Code of Georgia, as well as Part 5, subsection (a), (d), and (e) of the same article.
The crime envisages from 5 to 14 years of imprisonment.
