Marad Akhlouri, the father of brothers, remembers the details of the confrontation.

The father of 19-year-old Misho Akhlouri says that his eldest son did not intentionally kill his younger brother.

"At 9 o'clock, when the curfew was coming, I came home. Mishiko was watching TV. At 10 o'clock I went to sleep. Mishiko woke me up during the night, saying that his brother wounded him. I got up when I saw blood.

Giorgi came out of the kitchen and shouted that he was ill. Then I heard that there was a quarrel over the TV cable. Giorgi asked his brother to turn off the TV, as he had to leave early in the morning. I do not know what happened later. From what I looked at, there was no deep wound. It was an accident. Mishiko had a dog, and the animal was intended to be wounded.

Giorgi called the ambulance; we were waiting. Then the ambulance came, and we brought him down. The doctors assured us that the wound did not damage the heart. There was no premeditated murder," the father told Rustavi 2.

Accused of killing his 19-year-old brother, 21-year-old Giorgi Akhlouri was sentenced to imprisonment as a measure of restraint. The court shared the motion of the prosecution as the investigation established that on the ground of the conflict, G.A. had intentionally inflicted a wound on M.A. with a knife in the chest in order to kill him.

According to Misho Akhlouri's social network, he was a close friend of the deceased football player, Giorgi Shakarashvili.

The investigation is underway under Article 11 Prima 108 of the Criminal Code, which stipulates the premeditated murder of a family member.
