A hostage has made the first comment on the ongoing special operation in the Zugdidi municipality, saying that the heavily armed offender is controlling the situation inside the building.
"Around 19 people are inside, including me. The offender is heavily armed with a rifle, pistol, and a grenade, the safety pin of which is partly removed, and he is constantly holding it in his hands, which is why no violence can be applied now. This will result in hostages' death. The hostage holder is demanding half a million dollars," the hostage told the Mtavari Arkhi.
