A few days later, on July 24, in the evening, the second call was made via WhatsApp, the person was still speaking Russian, and Mkoyani believes that the incoming call was from Moscow according to the index.
They turned to extort money. Enzel noted that two people speaking to him used slang characteristics of criminals. It caused concern and intimidation to my client. A few months ago, he got attacked during the day; he was shot three times, he survived with the police's involvement. For months, opposition figures blamed him and put him under psychological pressure.
This man and his family are stressed, his wife is taking drugs and now this threat," Murmanishvili said.
According to him, Mkoyani demands that the mentioned fact be investigated not by the regional police, but by the General Prosecutor's Office.
