The Prosecutor's Office of Georgia charged one person in absentia for premeditated murder in the village of Mukhrani, Mtskheta district. Report.ge was informed by the agency.
"On June 10, 2021, in the village of Mukhrani, Mtskheta district, B.I. with the intention to revenge inflicted serious life-threatening damage on D.Ch. with a blunt object. As a result of the received damage, D.Ch. died at the hospital on June 14th. Since B.I. avoids appearing before the investigative body he was charged in absentia. The crime envisages 7 to 15 years of imprisonment," the information of the Prosecutor's Office mentions.
