A husband killed a young woman in Samtredia.
The woman was in the Civil Registry Office for a divorce procedure, when her husband arrived and cut her throat.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation launched under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which means premeditated murder.
The crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
The police arrested one person in connection with the case.
