New details have been released on the recent Ponichala murder case. The victim proves to be 39-year-old Rasim Isayev, killed outside his house.
The identity of the murderer is yet unknown. However, reports have it that the murder is related to vengeance and business activities. The deceased man's brother was reportedly charged with murder years ago.
The investigation of the case is in progress under Articles 108 (deliberate homicide) and Article 236 (illegal possession and storage of firearms) of the Criminal Code of Georgia. The perpetrator faces from 7 to 15 years in prison.
