The personnel of the Anti-Corruption Agency at the State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) detained H.N., the Head of Economy and Property Management Service at Ninotsminda Municipality on the bribery fact.
According to the information provided by the (SSG) to report.ge, H.N. requested thirty thousand GEL with the three thousand GEL prepayment from two citizens of Ninotsminda for the right to use the state-owned pasture land.
The investigation is launched under Article 338, Part II, point “b”, envisaging 7-11 years of imprisonment.
