Police arrested one person over premeditated murder in Akhalkalaki.
According to the Internal Ministry’s information shared with Report.ge, the investigation is launched with the accusation of premeditated murder, violation of gun restrictions on acquisition and possession, and the fact of gang violence.
“As a result of the operative and investigation acts, law enforcers arrested A.G., 1983, with the accusation of premeditated murder, violation of gun restrictions on acquisition and possession, and the fact of gang violence. The crime envisages 7-15 years of charges. The investigation revealed that A.G., 1993, shot V.M. As a result of the personal search, law enforcers found the gun. Law enforcers found A.G. in a few hours after he committed the crime. The investigation is launched under articles 108 and 236 parts III and IV of the criminal code, covering the accusation of premeditated murder, violation of gun restrictions on acquisition and possession, and the fact of gang violence. The investigation is in the process to identify other persons involved in the crime,” – stated the Ministry.
