According to the Agency for Regulation of Medical and Pharmaceutical Activities, on Agmashenebeli Avenue, the Covid testing station was located in one of the jewelry stores and was operating in violation of the law.
"The institution operated without the mandatory notification provided by the technical regulations of high-risk medical activities. A report on an administrative violation was drawn up against the institution by the Regulatory Agency, which was sent to the court for further response," mentions the information of the agency.
According to them, similar cases have been reported in Rustavi and Batumi.
