Police officers have detained a suspect in the 73-year-old man's shooting shortly after the crime was committed.
The investigation into the case is in progress under Article 117, envisaging crimes of deliberately inflicting severe or aggravated bodily injuries.
A man, 73, was reportedly taken to a hospital with gunshot wounds in the Ozurgeti municipality. The perpetrator used a hunting rifle to shoot the man.
