A woman, 55, has reportedly been shot in the Mestia municipality. Reports say that a neighbour opened fire on the woman and her spouse. The victim has been hospitalized.
The investigation into the case has been launched under two articles of the Criminal Code of Georgia, envisaging the crime of attempted murder and illegal purchase, storage, and possession of forearms.
