According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation established that the accused injured D.B., born in 1994, with a cold weapon on June 4 of the current year, on the grounds of dispute.
Law enforcers arrested E.I. in hot pursuit. Crime weapon - the knife got removed as evidence.
The investigation is underway under Article 117 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which stipulates severe intentional damage to health.
The offense carries a maximum sentence of 3 to 6 years in prison.
