In accordance with the Agreement between Georgia's Embassy to Serbia and the organizers of the Belgrade International Ethnological Festival, Georgia will be an honorary guest at the 2021 Festival.
According to the MFA of Georgia, within the three-day festival, which has been held in Serbia since 2017, Georgia's national costumes will be presented and traditional handmade items exhibited and sold. Georgian folklore is also set to be presented at the festival.
The festival aims to raise awareness of the importance of maintaining and preserving intangible cultural heritage and promote the cultures of countries involved in the event.
