Third International Festival dedicated to George Balanchine completed in Kutaisi. The festival went on for 3 days.
8 European Ballet School students from Poland, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, Japan, Czech Republic, and America participated in the competition and about 200 students from different ballet studios across Georgia.
The Chairmen of the Jury of the 2019 Kutaisi International Choreographic Festival were Jean-Yves Esquerre, the Rector of the the National Ballet Academy of Amsterdam, the Principal of the Tallinn Ballet School and honored artist of Georgia Maka Makharadze.
The jury selected the best participants and awarded them. Including ballet schools of Estonia, Japan, Poland and Batumi.
