The annual Tbilisi International Theater Festival will take place on December 15-22. The City Hall informed report.ge that due to the pandemic, the festival has moved to the Internet space.
The theaters of both the capital and the regions will take part in the festival.
"On December 15-22, the City Hall and the Tbilisi International Theater Festival presents a gift to everyone who loves theater. The festival has moved to the Internet, where anyone can watch international and Georgian performances for free.
From December 15 to December 18, there will be 11 foreign performances presented in Tbilisi in different years within the festival's framework. The international program link will be available 24 hours a day.
The program of Georgian performances will be presented from December 18 to December 22, and the theaters of the capital, as well as the regions and independent companies, will take part in it. The link to the Georgian performances program will be available within 48 hours," the Tbilisi City Hall said in a statement.
