The Mirza Fatali Akhundov Museum of Azerbaijan Culture will host a presentation of the book by Nariman Narimanov, a prominent socio-political figure, teacher, doctor, writer, publicist, and playwright, on April 10, at 13:00. Nariman Narimanov's works got translated into Georgian for the first time.
The book offered to readers contains three works of the writer in Azerbaijani and Georgian: Plays - "Recklessness" and "Nadir Shah," novel - "Bahadur and Sona." The play "Recklessness" is his first literary attempt, written in Georgia.
With the play "Nadir Shah," Narimanov established the tragedy of the historical genre in Azerbaijani literature - it was written in Azerbaijan. "Bahadur and Sona" is the first novel in Azerbaijani fiction. The author of the translation is Oktay Kazumov, the head of the project and the author of the foreword is Doctor of Economics Aygiul Isaeva.
