Decorating on the Eurovision Song Contest stage in Rotterdam has begun, the official website of the competition reports.
The statement said that specialists have already started working on the stage and all other infrastructure. The works will be carried out day and night following the rules of fighting against the coronavirus.
"Almost two years later, preparations for the Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam are finally over. Together with our contractors and partners, we are doing our best to make the concert hall our common home. We are looking forward to showing everyone what the whole team has been working on," said the event's executive producer.
Due to the spread of the coronavirus, the 2020 Eurovision Song Contest got canceled. It will be held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, on May 18-22, 2021.
