Charity Fund of Ilia Chavchavadze launches the project "Literature against Occupation."
The project combines cognitive, non-formal education, and art activities, which thematically and substantively covers the 220-year historical period of Georgia, understanding the annexationist attitude of Russia towards our country, showing and getting acquainted with the reflection of Georgian literature on the occupation and restoration of independence.
Within the framework of the project, six literary, theatrical, and educational events are planned during the summer and autumn, which will be implemented throughout Gori Municipality in the villages adjacent to the occupation border. These are Tirdznisi, Tkviavi, Karaleti IDP settlement, Ditsi, Mereti, Nikozi.
