“Anaklia Port Project has always been our top priority, and it has always enjoyed unprecedented support by the state,” stated Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Natia Turnava.
As per Turnava, no other large-scale infrastructure project has ever enjoyed similar unprecedented support, especially local business projects. “We believe that all measures have already been introduced for this project to start on time. Delaying this project inflicted serious harm upon us, “declared Turnava and added that the project on which they intend to spend at least 600 million USD, has been planned to be implemented since 2017.
