According to customs declarations, Azerbaijan exported 6,165,450,440 cubic meters of natural gas worth $867,067,700 in January-March this year, respectively, up 4.4-fold and 5.4-fold from the same period in 2020.
During the reporting period, gas exports accounted for 20.95% of Azerbaijan's total exports.
During the first three months of 2021, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) exported 4.472 million tons of oil, with a decrease of 17% by contrast to a year ago.
The company also exported 512 million cubic meters of gas.
Azerbaijan exported 3,318,506,300 cubic meters of gas worth $357,692,340 in the first two months of 2021, the State Customs Committee (SCC) told report.az. In this time period, the neighboring country supplied Georgia with 846,580 CBM of gas worth USD 1,244,000,000.
