Since 2007, more than 85 billion cubic meters of natural gas have been supplied to the Turkish gas market from the Shah Deniz field in Azerbaijan. According to Report.ge, this was stated by the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan, Parviz Shahbazov, at the first Azerbaijani-Turkish Energy Forum in Baku.

"From July 2018 to December of 2021, Turkey will be supplied with 13.6 billion cubic meters of natural gas through the Trans-Anatolian Pipeline (TANAP). 5.1 billion cubic meters out of 7.7 billion cubic meters of natural gas supplied to Turkey came from TANAP in the first 11 months of this year," Parviz Shahbazov said.

Shahbazov said that Azerbaijan's investments in Turkey exceed $ 19 billion.

The first Azerbaijan-Turkey Energy Forum is being held in Baku.

The Azerbaijan-Turkey Energy Forum was established within the framework of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Turkey to ensure more flexible and result-oriented strategic energy cooperation.
