Transportation of coke produced in Azerbaijan to China has started via Georgia. According to ADY Express, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Railways, it is planned to ship 27 000 tons of coke in November-December 2020. At this stage, 15 742 tons of coke have already been shipped in 245 wagons.
ADY Express hopes that this type of cargo shipment from Azerbaijan to China via Georgia will continue next year.
Cargo transportation is carried out by ADY Express, a subsidiary of Azerbaijan Railways. The coke loaded in half-wagons arrives from Azerbaijan to the port of Poti and then is shipped to China.
