According to CNN, employee productivity has increased since Microsoft introduced a four-day work week in Japan. The reduced work week program has been operating in Japan since summer, with Friday being the additional day to rest.
Company analysts said that despite reduced work hours, employee productivity increased by almost 40% compared to the same period last year.
90% of Microsoft employees like the new initiative.
The Labor Code of Georgia is planned to be amended as well. The Parliament will decide on new regulations in 2021.
