At Decanter Asia Wine Awards (DAWA), Chelti Estate Winery Chelti of Qvevri was awarded Platinum, and with its 97 points, it obtained the best wine status and was once again ranked in the world's top wines.
Decanter Asia Wine Awards is one of the most prestigious, largest and most trusted wine competitions, with its jury members being leading wine experts.
DAWA is held twice a year in England and Asia. In 2019, more than 3,000 wines were presented at Decanter Wine Awards from 37 countries throughout the world.
The jury members defined Chelti Estate Winery Chelti of Qvevri as the best saperavi wine in the history of Decanter with it competing with the best European wines.
