The Pan-European Regional Council of Trade Unions held an online meeting and discussed global challenges, with the coronavirus pandemic's central issue.
President of the Pan-European Regional Council, Irakli Petriashvili, headed the meeting.
The meeting participants talked about the damage caused by the pandemic.
Irakli Petriashvili highlighted that an unfair environment had been created in several regions since, in many countries, vaccination against coronavirus has not yet begun; among these countries is Georgia.
Besides, testing remains a problematic issue, often unavailable, especially for those who need it for personal purposes (traveling abroad and others).
