In the first half of 2020, Georgia exported 26,882.7 tonnes of fertilizers (commodity code 3102 - Mineral or chemical fertilizers, nitrogen fertilizers) of 4,389.5 thousand USD to Azerbaijan (6.7% more than in the same period last year).
In January-June 2019, Georgia exported 21,475.4 tonnes of fertilizers to Azerbaijan of 4,112.3 thousand USD.
In the first six months of 2020, exports from Georgia to Azerbaijan decreased by 6.1%.
Notably, in January-June 2020, Azerbaijan ranked tenth among the ten largest export partners of Georgia.
In the first half of 2020, the largest export partners (in local exports) of Georgia included China - 197.9 million USD, Russia - 167.3 million USD, and Bulgaria - 161.6 million USD.
