In 2020, Azerbaijan exported 28.4 mln tonnes of oil, 2.9 mln tonnes or 9.2% less than the exported amount in 2019. The 2020 report by the Ministry of Energy of Azerbaijan has released this information.
In 2020, Georgia imported 216 thousand tonnes of oil and oil products from Azerbaijan in the amount of USD 67.9 mln.
According to the National Statistics Office of Georgia, annual imports of oil and oil products from Azerbaijan to Georgia exceeded imports of 2019 by 45 thousand tonnes or 26.3%.
Georgia exported 1,033.96 tonnes of oil and oil products to Azerbaijan in the amount of USD 3,060.38 thousand. These data show that annual exports from Georgia to Azerbaijan also increased.
