The makeshift production, the lack of a laboratory and the shortage of milk is the list of problems that cheese producers face. Anna Mikadze-Chikvaidze, Chairwoman of the Georgian Cheese Producers Guild, says the biggest problem on the dairy market are unregistered entrepreneurs.
According to Mikadze, we do have a laboratory in the country where the product is tested but there is a shortage of accredited laboratories.
