The first Dortmund-Kutaisi-Dortmund flight has been conducted amid the novel coronavirus pandemic, as Kutaisi International Airport of Georgia resumed flights for New Year.
As Georgia’s Unified Airports reports, the Kutaisi Airport provided 181 passengers with service today.
Newly-elected Mayor of Kutaisi, Ioseb Khakhaleishvili, met the passengers.
Airport Deputy Manager Gaga Sanikidze says only passengers are allowed in the terminal. Face masks are a must. Passengers with a body temperature above 37.5 are not allowed.
The passengers received gifts.
Wizz Air will conduct three flights from Kutaisi to Dortmund and vice versa.
The following flights will be conducted on December 25 and January 8.
