The positive pace and main directions of the strategic partnership between the two countries were the main topics of the meeting held between Georgian PM Giorgi Gakharia and Azerbaijan's Economic Minister Mikayil Jabbarov today.
The parties highlighted that the trade and bilateral investments, and cooperation in energy hubs, logistics, and transport field is rapidly developing.
The officials also emphasized the significance of the strategic partnership and a high level of understanding between the two states.
They said the successful economic relations would continue, as they plan to conduct joint projects in the fields mentioned above.
As the government administration of Georgia reports, the meeting was a continuation of the conversation between PM Gakhria and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev held as part of the Davos Economic Forum earlier in January.
