In January-March 2021, 203,680 boxes (1,000 packs in each) of cigarettes and tobacco products were exported to Azerbaijan, the overall price of which totaled $5,136,8 thousand. As the data from the National Statistics Office of Georgia show, the number of cigarettes and tobacco products exported from Georgia to Azerbaijan grew by 1.4.
Azerbaijan is among Georgia's leading trade partners. Georgia exported most of its products to China, Russia, and Azerbaijan in the first three months of 2021.
Georgia's top three largest exporting countries are as follows:
1. China ( the exported amounts to China for three months are at USD 109,800,000).
2. Russia ( the exported amounts are at USD 109,500,000).
3. Azerbaijan (the exported amounts are at 104,600,000 in January and March 2021).
