Only 165.6 thousand tons of cabbage and broccoli were exported from Georgia this year. Exports in monetary terms amounted to 165.6 thousand dollars. Under the 0704 trademark, the country sold cabbage, broccoli, kohlrabi, and similar edible vegetables to Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia.
The largest share of exports went to Azerbaijan. In the first nine months of this year, 102.5 thousand tons of cabbage and broccoli worth 14.4 thousand dollars were exported from Georgia to Azerbaijan. The rate has increased on an annual basis. Last year, Georgia sold 11.6 thousand tons of cabbage, broccoli, and kohlrabi for just $ 4.0 thousand in Azerbaijan.
Armenia ranks second in terms of exports of this product. 52.5 thousand tons worth 28.6 thousand dollars of cabbage, broccoli, and kohlrabi were exported from Georgia this year. On an annual basis, exports have increased here as well. Last year, Georgia exported 4.3 thousand tons of cabbage, broccoli, and kohlrabi worth $ 8.6 thousand.
13.6 thousand tons of cabbage, broccoli, and kohlrabi worth 5.4 thousand dollars were exported from Georgia to Russia this year. The rate was reduced on an annual basis. In 2019, 39.5 thousand tons of cabbagelike vegetables worth 16.2 thousand dollars were sold from Georgia to the northern neighbor.
Last year, Georgia exported a small batch of cabbagelike vegetables to Qatar and Singapore, but this year no exports were made to these countries.
