In January-March 2021, Georgia imported 0.5 thousand tons of aviation fuel from Azerbaijan, which accounted for 4.5% of its total imports.
As little as 0.2 thousand tons (3.8% of total imported amounts) of aviation fuel was imported from Italy to Georgia in April. Georgia purchased 3.4 thousand tons (65.4%) from Turkmenistan and 0.6 thousand tons (11.5%) from Turkey.
In April 2021, Georgia's imported amounts of aviation fuel hit 5.2 thousand tons, which exceeds those imported last month by 0.3 thousand tons (6.1%) and by 4.2 thousand tons (420%) the amounts imported last year.
