"Many cases show that qualified personnel and the acquisition of modern agricultural knowledge are important for the youth," the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture of Georgia stated.
International experience and the acquisition of advanced entrepreneurial and farming skills are guarantees of agricultural development.
Available data say the experience existed two centuries ago. The first professional school in Transcaucasia opened in Saguramo under the leadership of Ilya Tsinamdzgrishvili and the supposedly Gogebashvili. This vocational school in modified video implementation still exists and bears the name of Ilia Tsinadzgvrishvili.
As the ministry reports, in the 19th century, 33 Swiss dairies and a Swiss school functioned in Kvemo Kartli.
"We are collaborating with the Ministry of Education. The plans for the development of agriculture. We see that investor interest in livestock is growing. The Swiss agricultural school can eliminate this deficit, " the ministry declared.
The new Georgian-Swiss Agrarian Vocational School, "Georgian-Swiss Agrarian School of the Caucasus" will launch operation shortly.
