Georgia's Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Natia Turnava and Polish Ambassador to Georgia Mariusz Maskiewicz discussed possibilities of the resumption of direct flights and cooperation in tourism between Georgia and Poland.
As Minister Turnava stated, Georgia is interested in the resumption of collaboration in tourism with Poland.
She hopes Georgia will be able to host Polish visitors and offer services to them.
Polish Ambassador Mariusz Maskiewicz highlighted Georgia's success in combating the COVID-19 pandemic and remarked that all this means Georgia is a safe destination.
The parties said they are hopeful for a successful continuation of cooperation between Georgia and Poland, and bilateral tourist flows will resume safely.
