In the week of 25-31 January, annual remittances to Georgia increased by 11%.

According to TBC Capital's weekly economic review, annual remittance inflows from Azerbaijan grew by 169% on 18-25 January and 122 in the week of 25-31 January.

Cash inflows from Azerbaijan have shown a significant increase.

Remittances from Armenia to Georgia went up by 8% on 18-25 January 2021, while remittance inflows from this country in the week of 25-31 January showed an 18% increase.

Annual transferred amounts from Russia have gone down for the last two weeks, while they are stably increasing from the EU countries.
