The Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure has elaborated a bill of management of resorts and sent it to the Parliament.
Under the bill, the municipalities will be enabled to establish organizations to govern resorts.
The organizations will be responsible for the development of services at the resorts.
''The bill applies to the specific municipalities with tourism zones, for example, Bakuriani, Gudauri, Ureki or Ushguli that have no special administrative bodies,'' Tskitishvili said adding that for example, Borjomi Municipality serves Bakuriani.
Shortly before, PM Giorgi Gakharia said that tourist zones should have the same manager to avoid the problems Gudauri and Bakuriani faced this year.
