The National Tourism Administration of Georgia is launching new projects for the development of tourism.
Georgian photographers will take part in the projects.
Administration Head Mariam Kvrivishvili has already provided information on the project details.
In her words, it is time Georgia to upgrade its tourist photo-archive.
"The projects will help us collect, create photo materials reflecting Georgia's tourist potential. The groups affected by the pandemic, including photographers, should engage in the projects,'' Kvrivishvili said.
The projects include many activities for the photographers, photo-tours in all the Georgian regions, upgrade of the photo-bank of Georgia, and photo-contest.
Guides and tourist companies will also engage in the projects to prepare a new base of photo-materials reflecting Georgia's tourism potential.
The National Tourism Administration will intensely use the materials for domestic and international marketing purposes.
