The Georgian government will provide the Georgian civilians living near the occupation line with 200-GEL communal coupons.
Those households that do not enjoy natural gas yet will receive 200 GEL.
Georgian Minister for Reconciliation and Civil Equality Ketevan Tsikhelashvili said that the special commission created for reaction to the conflict zone residents is of utmost importance.
Thirteen thousand eight hundred fifty-nine families will receive vouchers from the government.
Tsikhelashvili says the commission should continue functioning more intensively.
''We try to stand by the citizens that act heroically and do not leave their homes despite many obstacles,'' Tsikhelashvili said.
''This is how we respond to the barbed wires policy that continues in the village of Gugutiantkari,'' Tsikhelashvili added.
She said the government would respond to the illegitimate borderization in the middle of Georgia with all available diplomatic and legal mechanisms.
