Head of the National Tourism Administration of Georgia Mariam Kvrivishvili says that Georgia will maintain an increasing pace in tourism.

She says Georgia's primary goal is to increase the average number of nights spent in Georgia by tourists to 6 -7 nights.

Kvrivishvili states that the target markets should be balanced and the ones like the EU countries, the USA, Korea, and Japan, to include at least 30%.

As Mariam Kvrivishvili forecasts, Georgia will receive about 6.6 billion USD from tourism in 2025.

''The year of 2022 will be a year when Georgia will be everywhere – in Germany, at the international arena, billboards, electronic platforms, TV, Radio and anytime, when visitors of Germany see Georgia, as a host country,'' Kvrivishvili said.

Georgia will host the ITB Berlin international tourism exhibition in 2022 in the German capital city of Berlin.
