The investors in Georgia's coastal region of Adjara will enjoy a four-month grace period (March 1 – July 1), as it has been extended to six months.
Governor of Adjara's Autonomous Republic of Georgia Tornike Rizhvadze made this statement.
In his words, all investment obligations will see another two-month delay.
He says that the failure to fulfill obligations will not be a violation during this period mentioned above.
"To support the business sector, we will revise the terms and no longer impose fines for the companies that experienced losses due to recent developments," he said.
